Hey I’m Kia! ’m the heart and soul behind B.Kaker Productions, your go to photographer, videographer, personal hype woman, and lover of chicken nuggets and tenders (because they're not the same thing.)
It began with a fisher price camcorder and disposable camera ( 90s babies stand up)
My earliest memories include my parents sending me on a school trip with a disposable camera. I learned quickly that photography would be a passion of mine. At some point in my childhood, my parents bought be a fisher price camcorder and of course, I was obsessed.
B.Kaker Productions officially came to life in 2018 as a tribute to my late father. After walking through some tough personal seasons and rededicating my life to Jesus Christ, I stepped into my calling with a camera, a whole lot of faith, and a heart for serving others through storytelling.
Since then, I’ve had the honor of capturing events for the Green Bay Packers, working alongside talent affiliated with the Chicago Bulls, capturing celebrities, public figures, and politicians and having my work featured on Chicago 360.
I love love. I love joy. I love vows that make me tear up and first dances that turn into karaoke. I’m laid back by nature, but if the moment calls for someone to take charge and rally the bridal party or adjust the timeline on the fly? I got you.
